Raoul Cecchini and Massimo Regazzola have been operating in the real estate sector for more than 40 years, maturing their respective experiences in important Milanese companies. Their desire has always been to create a new and innovative perception of real estate and the decision was made to combine their skills to do so. Raoul Cecchini

Born in Ravenna on 22 March 1958 and resident in Milan.

Qualification: Surveyor, obtained in Ravenna.

Enrolled in the Ruolo Agenti d’Affari in Mediazione - Agenti Immobiliari section of the C.C.I.A.A di Milano, number 16271 since 1992.

Enrolled in the Ruolo dei Periti Esperti in Immobili of the C.C.I.A.A. di Milano, number 2747 since 1996 Since 1984 enrolled in the Associazione di Categoria CAAM / FIMAA Milano Monza & Brianza - Collegio Agenti d’Affari in Mediazione delle Province di Milano e Monza Brianza dal 1945, aderente a Confcommercio Imprese per l’Italia.

From 1978 to 1982, he worked as a real estate agent working with several real estate agencies, including Studio Membri and I & B immobiliare.

From 1982 he joined Studio Storchi srl of which he was Sales Manager until 1994.

From 1995 he became a member and CEO of the real estate brokerage and real estate services Storchi & Associati srl, taking care of the management, organization, coordination and supervision of the brokerage activities and the network with the collaborators.

Since June 2008, together with Massimo Regazzola, he has been director of the Cecchini&Regazzola srl. The company deals with the intermediation and management of real estate assets, appraisals, consultancy and provision of services in the sector.

Since 2001 he has joined the management of CAAM/FIMAA Milano Monza & Brianza:

  • 2001 - 2005 Counselor
  • 2005 - 2009 ProboViro
  • 2009 - 2016 Counselor (expiry June 2017)

From 2000 to 2010 he was coordinator of the rilevatori dei prezzi degli immobili per il settore Sud Milano per la raccolta dati del Listino dei Prezzi degli Immobili di Milano e Provincia redatto da CCIAA di Milano. Since 2011 he has been coordinator of the Listino dei Prezzi degli Immobili di Milano redatto da CCIAA di Milano – TeMA (Territorio Mercati e Ambiente). In addition, he is member of OMI - Osservatorio del Mercato Immobiliare di Milano della Agenzia delle Entrate, in rappresentanza di FIMAA Milano Monza & Brianza.

Massimo Regazzola

Massimo Regazzola

Born in Milan on 28 November 1959 and resident in Milan

Qualification: Surveyor, obtained in Milan Enrolled in the Ruolo Agenti d’Affari in Mediazione -sezione Agenti Immobiliari of the C.C.I.A.A. of Milan n. 167, from 28/04/80.

Since 1989 enrolled in the Associazione di categoria CAAM/FIMAA Milano Monza e Brianza-Collegio d’Affari in Mediazione, aderente a Confcommercio Imprese per l’Italia.

Work experience:

  • From 1978 to 1984 worked for the Immobiliare S.Agnese srl. Acquisition tasks, sales and commercial responsibility.
  • From 1984 to 1989 worked for the IPI Spa Istituto Piemontese Immobiliare. Sales tasks and real estate acquisition tasks.
  • From 1990 to 2004 worked for the Filcasa Spa group as a commercial director and partner of Filcasa Service srl, a real estate brokerage company. Significant management and acquisition experience.
  • Since 2004 he has been working as an independent real estate agent.
  • Since June 2008, together with Roul Cecchini, he has been director of the Cecchini&Regazzola srl. The company deals with the intermediation and management of real estate assets, appraisals, consultancy and provision of services in the sector
